URBAN POSIE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• In case you feel that the product received is not as  per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within two days of receiving the product.
• We accept hassle free returns and exchanges. In case or returns, we offer a store credit to your account for which you can place an order anytime. This store credit is valid for 6 months.

Once the Return is initiated, it will take an additional 7-10 days for it to arrive at our warehouse. Following its arrival, it will undergo a quality inspection, and a refund will be processed if it successfully passes this check.

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
